KREATIVE clients Mosaic Salon Group has opened a second location, an expansion benchmark met in just its second year of operation.
Mosaic Salon Group is spearheaded by serial entrepreneur Paul Griff and his wife, Nancy. Paul recognized a need among talented salon professionals who yearned for the freedom to run their own station, without the burdens or setbacks of traditional salon ownership. Instead, Paul and Nancy offer small, customizable spaces that salon owners can decorate, paint, and personalize however they like.
Each studio comes ready-made with all of the hardware that a salon needs—from hydraulic chair, to color-balanced lighting, to backwash shampoo system—all of which can be changed out for owners who perform spa services. And every studio has amenities that you need to help grow and retain your clientele, like an under-counter refrigerator where you can keep beverages and refreshments, or display shelves to lay your preferred product on. Paul and Nancy take care of the rest: training classes with respected industry professionals, state-of-the-art salon management software to help owners run their businesses hassle-free, onsite laundry, Wi-Fi, and utilities—and all of this for one low monthly price.
Mosaic Salon Group's visionary concept has been stunningly successful so far. Its flagship location in downtown Kirkland, WA has filled up fast, and the new location in Edmonds, WA only has a few studios left.
