Brand Assessment

Back to Home //

Your brand is //

the single most important investment

you can make in your business.

— Steve Forbes

Over the years, KREATIVE has helped numerous brands realize and exceed their potential. The first step to discovering your brand's potential is always going to be a thorough assessment of it's health. But before you dive into our complimentary brand assessment, allow us to lay out a few of the basics...

What's a Brand, Really? //

"Brand" is one of those words that's widely used but often misunderstood. A brand isn't simply your company's name, logo or slogan. These are signatures. A brand isn't your product or service. These are what you offer to consumers. A brand isn't even your latest TV commercial or radio jingle. These deliver your message. In modern context, a brand is so much more.

Instead, try to think of a brand as the personification of your product, service or even your entire organization. It's a strategic point of view, a unique customer value and competitive advantage. Brands create perceptions and set expectations.

Why Invest in Branding? //

When you’re a new business or brand it can be difficult to see why you should invest in branding. Sure, you may not be competing directly with big brands, but those brands all started in the same place. When you invest in your brand, you allow your business to grow. Great branding helps you stand out, makes you more noticeable and allows you to reach more consumers. Without strong branding your business can only grow so much.

Branding provides a competitive advantage and differentiates you from competitors. A strongly differentiated brand creates loyalty on a level beyond what competitors offer. Branding provides a stable foundation. Products can fail. Companies are bought and sold. Technologies change. But, strong brands continue on.

When people encounter your brand it leaves behind a mark. Well designed and executed branding helps you make a good first impression at every touch point and lets consumers know you take your business seriously.

What's a Brand Assessment? //

A brand assessment is an overall health checkup of your brand. Think of it like a physical for your business.
